Promise settled in Orlando, Florida from Zimbabwe, Southern Africa where he had curved a career as a Marketing Manager for then Zimbabwe Sun Hotels. Promise continued his career in the United States working for Walt Disney World and eventually holding various senior management roles for Orange Lake Resorts (Holiday Inn Club Vacations – I.H.G.).

Promise later joined Mastercorp Inc in 2012 where he managed complex operations at most of the busiest and branded resorts in Central Florida among them, Bluegreen Vacations, Wyndham Vacations, Daily Management Resorts, Diamond Resorts International and Resort at Cocoa Beach. Promise’s industry wisdom and experience is 20 years deep, and counting

Born in Naples, Italy, a tremendous Italian chef by trade opened his first restaurant in Canary Island, a Spanish archipelago in the southernmost autonomous community of Spain located in the Atlantic Ocean. After which, He was United States bound to follow the love of his life. Vincenzo restarted his life in the U.S. working as a houseman for a leading housekeeping company in the timeshare industry all the way until he held a role as RVPO. For 25 years, his unmatched work ethic, putting others ahead of himself and being an innovator continues to drive him to success till this day.

Maria, a passionate and self-driven individual with proven leadership and track record in the hospitality industry brings tons of experience from the overall hotel & resort operations with expertise in business development and process improvement. Her style of leadership continues inspires teams to reach new heights.

Maria, a native of Sao Paolo, Brazil loves to spend her time with her family and be an awesome mother for her two kids outside work while enjoying their awesome Churrasca (Brazilian BBQ).

Wendell, graduated with a degree in Interior Design and Habitat Development. He grew his career through many accomplishments with more than 25 years of extensive hospitality background and senior executive management role in the limited service, full service and luxury segment of the hotel & resort industry. An “Empathetic Leadership” style practitioner, he is particularly effective in assessing and resolving complex operational and organizational challenges to increase productivity, recover lost revenue and creating a happy work environment for his associates.

Wendell on his spare time is a great outdoorsman who loves golf, deep sea fishing and hunting – that, if he is not on his Harley-Davidsons touring the country side.
